Whoa…Pretty much, that’s all I can say at this point. At first, I thought that Eli was the scum of the earth ( which, admittedly, I’m getting bits and pieces, so my perception is skewered). This Eli, I love…Now, when I get the full view, I wonder if this perception of Eli will standfast against the douche bag Eli that I’m sure will surface

Yeah, Eli does become a bit of a douche but it’s only temporary. He will get “knocked” into his senses, for sure.
